Patricia Pike, holding credentials as LAADC, CADC-II, ICAADC, AE, CIP, and CCIP, is the CEO and founder of Interventions Canada. She is passionately dedicated to empowering individuals and families, affirming that recovery is possible for everyone. As a Certified Intervention Professional and Addiction Specialist, she is also devoted to her role as an Educator, aiming to enhance the quality of addiction and mental health care services. Drawing on over 25 years of professional experience in behavioral health and her personal recovery from addiction, she focuses on alcoholism, substance abuse, addiction disorders, and complex mental health issues.

Addiction Specialist & Certified Intervention Professional

Patricia Pike, founder and CEO of Interventions Canada, is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families, with a firm belief that recovery is achievable for all.

As a Certified Intervention Professional and Addiction Specialist, she is also passionate about her role as an Educator, dedicated to advancing the quality of addiction and mental health care.

Patricia Pike holds a Master’s Certification in Addiction Studies and is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC). She also holds the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II) credential and is internationally recognized by the IC&RC as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (I.C.A.A.D.C). In addition, Patricia is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), accredited by the Pennsylvania Certification Board, and a Canadian Certified Intervention Professional (CCIP) through the Canadian Addiction Counselors Certification Federation. She also holds an Adult Instructor Diploma (AID) from Simon Fraser University.

As a dedicated member of the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS), Patricia serves on the board and provides professional training across Canada and the United States. With many years of experience in substance use and mental health treatment programs, she launched her private practice in 2011 and has since conducted numerous successful interventions around the world. A dual citizen of the United States and Canada, Patricia brings a global perspective to her work.

Her dedication to the field is both professional and deeply personal—Patricia is in long-term recovery herself. This lived experience gives her a profound understanding of the pain of untreated addiction and the hope found in recovery. She draws on her education, credentials, and personal insight to offer customized support to individuals and families, always recognizing their unique journeys.

A passionate advocate for fairness, equality, and the power of self-respect in healing, Patricia brings unwavering energy to her mission. She is committed to uplifting those affected by addiction and mental health challenges—demonstrating that recovery is not only possible but achievable for all. Rocky Montesano

Certified Intervention Professional and Licensed Psychotherapist,  RPT, IITAP, CSAT, MAT, CIP & CCIP

My name is Rocky Montesano. I have been facilitating spiritual and healing retreats for over 20 years, working with traditional Native teachings as well as Eastern and Western spirituality. I have also been in recovery coaching for over 25 years. These experiences have helped me guide and fine tune the ways I support those in my approach to helping others with addiction, trauma and coping with stress. 

Over the years Rocky I have been heavily involved in helping people in residential treatment  centers and other recovery institutions. Specializations in this part of my career include withdrawal management, helping troubled youth, teaching behavioral change and educating others on methods for relapse prevention. Rocky Montesano is a highly respected Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Intervention Professional, based in Ontario, Canada. With a vast and impressive range of qualifications, Rocky has dedicated his career to helping individuals, couples and families who are impacted by trauma, addiction, and problematic sexual behavior. Rocky’s professional journey includes a Contemplative Psychotherapy Diploma from the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto in collaboration with the prestigious Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science in New York. He is also a graduate of The International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and holds certifications as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) as well as a Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT). Rocky is also a trained interventionist by CanAm interventions. He is a member of the Association of Intervention specialists and certified CIP through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. Having over 25 years of experience working in the addictions field, Rocky has a wealth of knowledge helping people with addictions and trauma. He has been heavily involved in helping people in residential treatment centers, working with troubled youth, teaching behavioral change, and educating others on relapse prevention methods. His current professional focus involves trauma and recovery using a contemplative approach. Rocky has also run a retreat centre in the Caledon hills with his life partner with the primary focus on living a contemplative lifestyle. Implementing the teachings he has received over the years from experts like Miles Neal, Joe Loizzo, Dr. Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzburg and Elder Dave Courchene.
With his vast knowledge and experience working with addiction, trauma, and other problematic issues, Rocky has become an expert in his field. which gives him a wide range of specializations to provide the highest standard of care. His commitment to his patients and their well-being has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and patients alike.

Chelsea Lee

Licensed Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC)

Chelsea is a licensed Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counseling Association (CPCA). Based in Vancouver, BC, she works as a counsellor and group facilitator at a reputable addiction and education rehabilitation center. There she has supported hundreds of individuals throughout their treatment stay and during aftercare sessions in her private practice. 

It doesn’t matter where you’re from or what you do, addiction does not discriminate. She is experienced in working with veterans, actors, business professionals, athletes and mandated clients alike. With over 15 years of experience in the helping field, Chelsea began her career as a 9-1-1 dispatcher before becoming a certified Primary Care Paramedic (formally EMT), working for emergency medical services on both ground and air ambulance. This background has equipped her with invaluable skills in crisis response, conflict resolution, and behavioral intervention. Chelsea holds an additional certification in advanced Motivational Interviewing (MI), is a certified SMART Recovery facilitator, and currently holds her candidacy with the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS).  Her comprehensive training, combined with her firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by families impacted by addiction, allows her to approach each situation with empathy and effectiveness. Her goal is to support families during some of the most challenging and unpredictable times of their lives.  Chelsea firmly believes that addiction is a disease that affects not only the individual suffering but also every person connected to them. Coming from a place of personal experience with addicted family members and loved ones, she understands the feelings of hopelessness that can arise. Her mission is to discover and utilize the family’s strengths so they can best support themselves while also providing the gift of treatment and recovery to the person struggling. With a trauma-informed lens, Chelsea empowers families to navigate their struggles without having to suffer in silence. She is committed to fostering hope, healing, and resilience in those she works with.

Marcia Fletcher

Certified Intervention Professional and Licensed Psychotherapist,  RPT, IITAP, CSAT, MAT, CIP & CCIP

Marcia, a woman of mixed heritage, was born in the United States and has lived a life equally divided between various cities in the US and Vancouver, British Columbia. Her diverse background has provided her with a rich and textured lived experience, overcoming challenges such as addiction, discrimination, fiscal insecurity, and generational trauma within her family history.

These experiences have shaped her purpose, which lies in assisting others in finding validation, ownership, and actualization, thereby creating new visions filled with hope and possibility in their lives.Marcia’s educational journey includes the completion of an Addictions Counseling Diploma, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and specialized training in trauma-informed practices and intervention strategies. 
Over the past 15 years, she has worked in a range of settings, including residential treatment centers, juvenile detention facilities, detox centers, safehouses, and shelters. In these roles, she has provided counseling and skills-based groups to adults, youth, and families, particularly those dealing with addiction, mental health issues, and complex trauma.
